• $200 each Diagnostic Evaluation & Initial Counseling Session

• $175 each Individual Counseling Session

• $300 each Couple's/Family Counseling Session

• Late Cancellation/No Show $69

• $100 each Diagnostic Evaluation & Initial Counseling Session with LPC Associate

• $50 each Individual Counseling Session with LPC Associate

• $150 each Couple’s/Family Counseling Session with LPC Associate

• Late Cancellation/No Show $69

• $25 each packet of FMLA Forms/Monthly Fees for handling monthly paperwork, transactions, and extension

Insurance

Currently, Hope Haven is out-of-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.  Clients whom choose to use their insurance providers, simply submit a receipt (a Superbill) from our office and communicate with their insurance company to determine if reimbursement is available for their online psychotherapy services. If this reimbursement is essential, it is advisable to talk with your insurance provider before engaging in services, as reimbursement is often difficult to achieve or may not be available at all. It is always helpful to know this kind of information up front.

Alternatively, at Hope Haven, we offer a convenient solution to avoid the hassle of filing claims and keep expenses in check by allowing you to meet with our highly trained and experienced LPC Associates. By choosing this option, you can access affordable counseling services without the need for complicated insurance processes.
